Pourtous
One hospitality group. Three distinct worlds. When Pourtous set out to expand its presence across Patna's dining scene, the goal wasn't to build three restaurants — it was to build three experiences: an evening to remember, a daily ritual, and a celebration worth gathering for. We were brought in to give each one its own identity, while keeping a shared standard of craft that marks them all as Pourtous.

PROBLEM
Pourtous was launching three new food ventures at once — a fine-dine restaurant, a cafe, and a banquet — each targeting a completely different audience and occasion. The challenge was twofold: give every brand a strong, standalone identity that could compete in its own category, while making sure all three felt like they came from the same house of quality. Three souls, one signature.
SOLUTION
We treated each brand as its own design problem, starting from the occasion it serves rather than from a shared template. Enhypen needed the drama of an evening out; Rarissime needed the warmth of a morning ritual; Zeya needed the grandeur of a celebration. What unites them isn't a colour or a logo — it's a consistent level of intentionality: every menu, cup, napkin, and signboard was designed as a deliberate part of the guest experience, not an afterthought. The result is a family of brands that stand apart on the street but stand together as Pourtous.
